I have been twice. I went Feb 4, 2006 and it was still too overcrowded. Getting inside is confusing. Expect long lines, even if you have a reservation. And if you do have a reservation, please be considerate and wait until your assigned time show up. They won't let you in beforehand and you will just block the entrance. I really don't find it much better than the Chattanooga Aquarium. You may also notice they don't have any repiles/amphibians, like turtles, frogs, etc.
